Vendor Market at Franklin Horner

The 4th Annual Spirit of Concord is returning to Franklin Horner Community Centre.
Come support vendors with disabilities as the showcase and sell their items.
We will have a photo booth, coffee truck (with treats), raffles and costume contest.
