Restoring a Weak Condition Using Essential Oils and Acupoints w/ Denise
Tuesday June 27 | 2pm
At some point we’ve all felt overworked, stressed or fatigued from a cold or flu. In this class we will review a simple and efficient way to apply essential oils on acupressure points to restore a weak condition. Acupressure and Meridian massage is designed to focus energy within our bodies and identify the pathways that are triggered as a result. Meridians are a part of a universal system of energy that when stroked and triggered correctly are thought to connect to the physiological and emotional aspects of the body.
Students will learn how to use Acupressure points to support their health and well-being. With self-acupressure, you get to know and help yourself at any moment. You only need your hands and a little bit of time.
Benefits of Acupressure:
• Reduces and prevents tension and pain
• Increase circulation and lymph flow
• Enabling the body to relax deeply
• Strengthen the body’s resistance
• Help to manage stress
• Help to support emotional balance
• Used as a beauty treatment for glowing skin and relaxed facial muscles
• A valuable tool to connect through healing touch with oneself and others
Essential oils Denise will use in this class: Rosemary, Cypress, Fir or Black Spruce, Geranium and Clary Sage
