Music in the Afternoon: Tesla Quartet

This USA-based string quartet has developed a reputation for innovative projects and creative thinking, and presents a high-octane program including the latest WMCT commission from Canadian composer Kevin Lau. With this new work will also be Grazyna Bacewicz’s neo-classical 3rd quartet, Dvorak’s beautiful love songs, Cypresses, and a revolutionary work from Beethoven’s middle period, op. 59, no. 3.
