Tech Workshop for Seniors: Internet & Web Safety

Join us weekly on Tuesdays at 1pm for our skill-building classes. Meet others like you who are learning about digital devices, help each other out, and Be-Friend Technology! — Tuesday September 24, 2024 | 1pm – 2:30pm | 123 La Rose Ave “Internet & Web Safety” Information Session with Q&A FREE Richview Branch of the Toronto Public Library will introduce you to essential online privacy tools & concepts such as online account security and recognizing online threats. You will learn how to maintain your online privacy through good habits, securing your accounts & devices, developing a strong password. Review methods for storing your passwords, and learn about various online threats such as malware, phishing, & hacking. This will be a 60 minute information session for participants aged 55+.
