We will discuss the importance of probiotics and prebiotics in supporting gut flora, as well as the benefits of dietary soluble and insoluble fibers for digestion and long-term health. In the practical part of the session, you’ll gain hands-on experience learning how to read food labels, helping you make informed decisions about the ingredients that promote gut health.
