Parkdale Golden Age Foundation is hosting the Parkdale Seniors Active Living Fair on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 11:00am to 3:00pm at The Parkdale Hall (1605 Queen Street West, Toronto). Come out to this free event with 20 Exhibitors providing great information about different programs and resources for older adults to improve their overall health and stay active. Enjoy group drumming, dance, and Tai Chi demonstrations. Free blood pressure and hearing checks available. Refreshments and light lunch provided.
