Pilates Classes for Seniors +55 with Prabhjot Singh

Weekly Accessible Fitness Class for Seniors 55+ Come join new friends in the Stay Connected Program in our weekly exercises classes! The program is offered to older adults 55+ and is held in person at 123 La Rose Avenue, or virtually via Zoom. Learn More: www.stdemetrius.ca/community-programs. Pilates is a type of exercise and body conditioning that uses precise movements, controlled breathing, and muscle engagement to enhance muscle tone and stability. The goal of this pilates class is to increase strength, mobility, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness through utilizing body weight as resistance.
