Learn More: www.stdemetrius.ca/community-programs Memory changes with age, but the brain can stay sharp with the right exercises. This interactive workshop focuses on neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to adapt and strengthen over time. Participants will practice proven memory-boosting techniques, including recall exercises, association strategies, and attention-training activities. The session will also cover simple lifestyle habits that support cognitive function, such as sleep, exercise, nutrition, and mental stimulation. Through guided exercises and hands-on practice, seniors will leave with easy-to-use tools to enhance memory, improve focus, and stay mentally active in daily life. The session includes an interactive discussion on recognizing symptoms, creating a brain health action plan, and exploring caregiver support options.
