St. Joe’s Neighbourhood Throwdown

In West Toronto, community is everything. Ours is a neighborhood where people know each other by name, take pride in where they live, and show unwavering support for local businesses. On Thursday, April 16, 2026, that community spirit will be on full display at the St. Joe’s Neighbourhood Throwdown. We are bringing together over 400 residents at Henderson Brewing Co. for an unforgettable night of rock & roll, local brews, and collective giving. The evening will feature three bands, each representing a local neighborhood and a hospital program, in a show of community support at a music-filled night to raise vital funds for St. Joseph’s Health Centre. This event has become a local staple; last year’s Throwdown sold out in just five days and raised over $86,000. This year, our goal is to surpass $100,000, with all proceeds supporting key programs in our new patient tower—specifically Surgery, the Transitional Aged Youth Unit, and our Emergency Department.
