Cancer risk increases with age, but understanding its causes, prevention, and treatment options empowers seniors to take control of their health. This interactive series explains why cancer develops, explores common types of cancer in men and women including breast, cervical, ovarian, colorectal, prostate, stomach, liver, and lung cancers and covers early detection, lifestyle interventions, conventional treatments, and advanced personalized therapies. Participants will gain science-based insights, actionable tips, and tools to make informed decisions about their health.
