STRESS & SELF‑CARE – Supporting Your Well‑being at Polycultural

You are warmly invited to join us for an empowering workshop on Stress and Self‑Care, delivered in partnership with The Opening Doors Project – Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). This session is designed to support newcomers and community members by helping you understand stress, build resilience, and strengthen your mental well‑being. During this session, you will: Discover helpful and practical ways to manage stress Learn what stress is and how it affects the body and mind Explore short‑term and long‑term stressors Gain practical self‑care tools you can use every day Learn strategies for maintaining balance and resilience Understand how to recognize signs of stress and support your mental well‑being This workshop provides relevant, accessible, and inclusive information to help newcomers build confidence, support their mental health, and feel grounded in their settlement journey.
