Wind Down For Better Sleep Yoga for Older Adults

Practicing yoga before bedtime is a terrific way to release everything you’re holding onto mentally and physically. Adding a few relaxing yoga poses to your night time routine may improve the quality and duration of your sleep. These poses can be done right in your bed, so there’s no need to worry about getting down to the floor. Join us Denise in-person or virtually for this exciting workshop.

About Denise Ho
After taking classes for more than 20 years, Denise began a daily practice when she participated in an Energy Exchange program. In the last 6 years, she has become truly dedicated to her practice after trying a Mysore class for the first time. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training at the YogaSpace in 2013. Denise also holds Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Adaptive Yoga for Limited Mobility and Reiki Certifications.
