August Expressive Arts Workshop In the Healing Garden 

Join us for a gentle, creative afternoon in nature, led by Create Institute EXAT students in collaboration with The Gatehouse. No art experience needed. Activities include movement, visual art, and storytelling. This is not a clinical therapy session, but a guided expressive arts experience. Facilitators will create a trauma-informed space and offer grounding tools throughout. Registration process: An EXAT student will contact you by phone (private number) for a short intake (up to 30 minutes). Participants will sign a consent form on the day of the workshop.
