Back to School Girl’s Street Safety Workshops In the Bloor West – High Park

The goal is to give girls the confidence they need from walking home from school to hanging out with friends all through the school year. Through games and practice, they will learn beginner defensive stances and techniques, how to escape common attacks, and learn situational awareness (street smarts). NO sparring or combat training involved. Instead, our classes are super fun! We use games, drills, and lots of group practice built around real-world scenarios so they can naturally retain what they learn.
