Core strength is the ability of the muscles in your trunk—including your abdomen, back, and pelvis—to stabilize your spine and pelvis, which is crucial for balance and good posture. They support your spine and can help protect you from injuries such as those that lead to back pain.
Core exercises train the muscles of your torso to work in in coordination with the breath and in overall harmony. This type of training leads to better balance and steadiness. Whether you are lifting, bending, or seated to watch your favorite show, your core muscles enable you to perform everyday activities with greater ease.
This class format is accessible to all, whether you wish to work while seated or standing. We will utilize breath patterns and range of movement exercises to strengthen and mobilize the entire core body.
Breath and Core Strength will leave you feeling solid and ready to take on your day with greater core stability.
