Strengthen and stabilize your body entirely from a seated or standing position! Designed for active older adults in Toronto, this accessible class focuses on your core muscles—including your abdomen, back, and pelvis—to help improve balance, posture, and ease in everyday activities. Through targeted range-of-motion exercises coordinated with breathing patterns, you will build functional stability and help protect your spine with absolutely no mat or floor work required. You will leave feeling solid, steady, and ready to take on your day!

Program Fees apply: $2 per class for members or $4 per class for non members, or $10 unlimited classes per month for members.
