Through meditation and mindful breathing, yoga encourages you to focus on the present and find a sense of peace. Research has shown that with regular practice, we expect to lower stress and ease symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Workshop will be held in person at St. Demetrius Apartment 123 La Rose Avenue and virtually via zoom.
The program is offered to older adults 55+ and is offered in-person or online via zoom. Funding for this program provided by the Seniors Community Grant from the Province of Ontario.
