Chair yoga is a gentle form of movement and stretching that uses seated and supported postures to improve mobility, balance, and overall well‑being. This class focuses on slow, controlled movements, mindful breathing, and safe joint engagement to increase flexibility, stability, and body awareness. Participants can expect seated warm‑ups to release tension, supported standing poses to build strength and balance, and guided breathing to promote relaxation and circulation.
