Connecting to You: Women’s Retreat

Join us in Islington United Church’s Stewart East Hall for our spring Connecting to You Women’s Retreat, Listen Up! Discovering the Joy of Deep Listening.

We’re meeting on Friday, March 1, 2024 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm.

On Friday, we will learn how to deepen the ways we listen to others and, on Saturday, we will examine ways to deepen how we listen to ourselves and to God. Our guest, Rev. Sarah Horvarth (nee Grady), who grew up at Islington and is a musician, will assist in leading worship each day.

Bring your lunch on Saturday and savour some personal reflection time and small group discussion. We’ll have refreshments and worship, and lots of time to enjoy community.
