Join us for this fun and accessible Energy Yoga class every Wednesday 10:15 AM This uplifting session blends gentle yoga movement, mindful breathing, and light strengthening exercises to help boost energy, improve mobility, and support overall well‑being. Inspired by traditional yoga, functional movement, and relaxation practices, the class encourages you to move with ease and confidence while enjoying the flow of each sequence.
Start with warm‑ups to loosen your joints and awaken your body, then build physical and mental endurance through simple standing and seated yoga patterns. We will work on strengthening major muscle groups using body weight, improving balance and posture, and enhancing focus through coordinated movement sequences. The class finishes with calming stretches and a guided relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and centered.
