Join Kassandra for this fun and accessible FITNESS class every Tuesday at 10am!
This low-impact cardiovascular fitness class is inspired by rehabilitative exercises, aerobics, Pilates, and a little bit of ballet barre technique – all getting you to dance along to the beat of classic songs! Start with warming up your joints, then build up your physical and cardiovascular endurance (standing with the support of your chair, or seated). We will work through strengthening major muscle groups using our body weight, training our balance, and improving our posture – all while sharpening our memory with movement sequences – and finish with a nice stretch.
