High Park Zoo Llama Yarn Sale

The llamas at High Park Zoo are shorn each year to keep them cool in the summer. Friends of High Park Zoo has the fleece spun with merino or sheep’s wool, and is now offering the yarn for sale at the llama pen. The finished yarn comes in shades of brown, tan and grey.
Each skein is 100 grams of 3-ply worsted weight (175 yards), and is priced at $50 per skein.
Rain dates will be on the following Sunday (day after), weather permitting.
