Weekly Accessible Fitness Class for Seniors 55+

Pilates is a type of exercise and body conditioning that uses precise movements, controlled breathing, and muscle engagement to enhance muscle tone and stability. The goal of this pilates class is to increase strength, mobility, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness through utilizing body weight as resistance.
