Pilates is a form of exercise and conditioning that uses precise movements, controlled breathing, and muscle engagement to improve tone and stability. This class builds strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness using body weight as resistance. Expect standing and floor mobility drills to loosen joints and increase circulation, mat work, and a relaxed posture to finish. We can use mini pilates stability ball, resistance band, dumbbell weights.
