Join us via Zoom for our 10th Annual Stop the Violence Fundraiser.
Our speaker: Kathleen Wynne.
The topic: New Permission for Misogyny: Are we going backwards?
Kathleen has served in various political roles including that of the Premier of Ontario.
Kathleen’s take -“I have had a sometimes unique view of how women in high profile office are seen and treated. I think it is important to talk about that. We are navigating a changing political and social landscape influenced by social media, increasing polarization and volatile economic conditions that have an impact on every one of us. I look forward to lending my voice to that discussion.”
Proceeds will go to Women’s Habitat, a multi-service organization, providing Shelter and Outreach services for women and their dependents impacted by violence.
