Come join new friends in the Stay Connected Program in our weekly exercises classes! The program is offered to older adults 55+ and is held in person at 123 La Rose Avenue, or virtually via Zoom. Learn More: www.stdemetrius.ca/community-programs

A full-body program designed to build muscular strength, stamina, balance, and coordination. Experience movement flows that challenge both the muscles and the mind, supporting improved functional fitness. Best suited for intermediate and advanced participants looking to progress their strength and mobility.
