Join Denise Ho for her STRETCH & STRENGTH class every Wednesday & Friday at 10am! This class offers movement combinations that target all your major muscle groups. All of the exercises are done seated, using dumbbell weights and resistance bands. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up, moving into exercises that train and strengthen your body. We end the class with a series of mindful stretches to maintain and increase flexibility and range of motion.
