Tai Chi’s gentle flowing movements using all the muscles and joints of your body benefits us overall by: reducing the risk of falls, weight loss, better sleep, improved cardiovascular health, enhanced posture, relief of arthritis/various types of pain, cognitive and social benefits. In this accessible class you will learn how to increase your oxygen through breathing exercises, how to balance and transfer weight, improve posture, stretch and strengthen muscles safely.
Cost per class: $2 for members and $4 for non-members
