TAI CHI for beginners at Humbercrest United Church

New tai chi classes for beginners start on Tuesday, September 3th 2024, in Humbercrest United Church, 16 Baby Point Road
Tuesday classes are 7-9 PM, with two instructors teaching.
Our tai chi is about health, in the first place, but we explain martial arts application as well. It takes usually 3 – 4 months to go through the set and there is a continuing class afterwards.

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
Please bring a bottle of water, it is very important to stay hydrated.

The regular fee for a month is $50, we have discounts for beginners, seniors, and young students.
