This interactive workshop explores the causes, stages, and latest treatments for Parkinson’s, including medications, movement therapies, and lifestyle adjustments.

Participants will engage in guided balance, coordination, and flexibility exercises designed to maintain mobility and reduce stiffness. We’ll also discuss practical strategies for daily living, new advancements in treatment, and resources for individuals and caregivers. This session provides hands-on tools to help seniors stay active, independent, and better manage Parkinson’s symptoms.
