Come join new friends in the Stay Connected Program in our weekly exercises classes! The program is offered to older adults 55+ and is held in person at 123 La Rose Avenue, or virtually via Zoom. This low-impact cardiovascular fitness class is inspired by rehabilitative exercises, aerobics, Pilates, and a little bit of ballet barre technique – all getting you to dance along to the beat of classic songs! You’ll move all of your joints, sharpen your memory with movement sequences, and build up your physical and cardiovascular endurance. Some exercises will also train your balance and reflexes, improve your posture, and strengthen major muscle groups using your body weight.
