Learn about the surprising connection between your microbiome and your physical and mental health; what you can do to cultivate and foster beneficial habits to enable you to not just add years to your life, but also enrich those years with fulfillment, vibrancy, and youthfulness.
At this workshop, you will learn how to:
• Harmonize Your Body’s Ecosystem: What is your microbiome and how can you improve it to positively influence your physical and mental well-being for years to come?
• Discover Ageless Qualities: Learn what does not diminish with age and gain insights into how practicing and nurturing these qualities can be harnessed to continue having a fulfilling life, personal growth and development throughout your life
• Cultivate and Foster Beneficial Habits that can boost your vitality and enhance your physical and mental health
• Uncover Key Positive and Negative Influences on Your Longevity and how to add life to your years
• Gain an understanding of the interplay between biological aging and psychological well-being and use this knowledge to sustain your vitality and resilience
This workshop will be held in person at 123 La Rose Avenue, or virtually via Zoom.
