DESCRIPTION:The program is offered to older adults 55+ and is offered in-person or online via zoom. Funding for this program provided by the Seniors Community Grant from the Province of Ontario. Workshop is held in person at St. Demetrius Apartment 123 La Rose Avenue and virtually via zoom. \nKhyla has a deep passion for rehabilitation and injury prevention and is certified by the National Academy of Sport Medicine and a graduate from the Fitness & Health Promotion program. Khyla has been a personal trainer for the last three years and recently joined the F45 roaster of coaches. Through understanding and practising the teachings in this book\, we can gain true inner strength and confidence. This book is beneficial for beginners and long-term practitioners alike.
