DESCRIPTION:Join us for a meeting of 100 Women Who Care Burlington.\nFeel free to bring a friend or 2! \nFormat: Hybrid Meeting: In-Person + Virtual option (Contact us for virtual access)\nLocation: Burlington Golf & Country Club\, 422 North Shore Blvd E\, Burlington\, ON L7T 1W9\nTime: Registration open at 7:00 pm (bar will be open at 6:45 pm)\nMeeting start 7:30 pm (lasts for 1 hour) \nWe are bringing together women who care about the Burlington community\, its people and causes and who are committed to community service. \nWe host quarterly meetings to raise funds for a local charity that has been nominated by our Members. \n100 women gather for a 1-hour meeting\, listen to short pitches from 3 charitable organizations serving Burlington/Halton\, and vote on one charity to receive the entire pool of donations from our membership for that quarter. \nAll members/teams make a commitment to make a tax-deductible donation of $100 (or $50 for those under 30) to the Charity of Choice. This can be a $10\,000 impact for one charity in one evening! \nThe goal is for 100 Women Who Care Burlington Ontario to collectively generate a minimum of $40\,000 annually for local charitable initiatives. The impact is very powerful!
