DESCRIPTION:CF Sherway Gardens is proud to support Women’s Habitat by fulfilling the wish lists of sheltered women and children who are fleeing violence. Last year\, we had over 120 toys donated to children as well as 50 care packages donated to the mothers. If you would like to support a Women’s Habitat family please visit the Guest Services desk at Sherway Gardens\, select an ornament\, purchase and return the item to Guest Services on or before December 16.

SUMMARY:CP Holiday Train At Runnymede & St.Clair
DESCRIPTION:The CP Holiday Train is riding the rails again! The cross-continent tour to raise money\, food and awareness for the local food banks along the route is set to stop in Toronto on Tuesday\, November 28. The train arrives at 8:15pm and musical entertainment will run from 8:30-9:00pm. We recommend arriving early to get a good spot!  \nThe show is free to attend\, but please consider donating cash or nonperishable food to our team on site if you’re able. All donations from the Toronto stop will support Daily Bread Food Bank.  \nAt the event\, you can:\n– Watch the 1\,000-foot-long train chug into the station\, each of its 14 cars alight with holiday cheer.\n– Listen to a live performance from Canada alternative rock group\, Anyway Gang.  And a special choir performance from the students at Downtown Vocal Music Academy.\n– Say hi to Santa and a Toronto Fire team\, who will be on site as well.\n– Support Daily Bread Food Bank with cash and nonperishable food donations!  \n“The Holiday Train is all about families and communities coming together to celebrate the season and help those in need.
