DESCRIPTION:CF Sherway Gardens is proud to support Women’s Habitat by fulfilling the wish lists of sheltered women and children who are fleeing violence. Last year\, we had over 120 toys donated to children as well as 50 care packages donated to the mothers. With over 300 years of evolution\, this art form has a rich and complex past that intertwines with jazz music and jazz movements. \nSpeakers (and dancers!) Trina Josdal & Amy Lintunen are co- directors of Vintage Taps\, a vaudeville inspired tap dance company. They are dance instructors at Swansea School of Dance and active members of the Swansea community. \nThis meeting will be held in-person\, and given the nature of this topic\, which will include live dance\, the event will be best experienced in person.
