Practice tuning in to your body\, breath\, thoughts\, and emotions to encourage health and wellbeing in all parts of your life. These 45-minute sessions will begin with various guided meditations (such as body scans\, or breathing patterns) and finish with a silent group meditation. Seated or laying down.  \nOur meditation teacher Kassandra teaches these classes based off of their ongoing yoga studies in the lineage of TKV Desikachar.
