You’ll learn about the roles of interoception (awareness of internal signals)\, exteroception (external sensing)\, and the importance of sensory organs—like vision\, hearing\, and the inner ear—on balance and reflexes. Building on the muscle strengthening strategies learned in the previous workshop\, this session will introduce a Fall Prevention Toolkit with additional practical strategies to improve balance and coordination.
