The program is offered to older adults 55+ and is held in person at 123 La Rose Avenue\, or virtually via Zoom. This class offers movement combinations that target all your major muscle groups. All of the exercises are done seated\, using dumbbell weights and resistance bands. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up\, moving into exercises that train and strengthen your body.
