Dax’s goal is for participants to engage their sense of curiosity and leave feeling more connected to humanity\, the environment\, and the cosmos. BHX reminds each person who experiences it about individual spirituality\, encouraging them to stop\, reset\, and breathe\, and to feel a sense of wellbeing\, awe\, and wonder.
