The teachings in this book are particularly powerful for helping us develop a strong\, stable\, peaceful mind of patient acceptance\, thus overcoming our tendency to become stressed\, anxious\, or angry in difficult situations.\n\nIn this series of classes\, we will learn how to respond to life’s challenges with a positive\, peaceful mind\, using these situations as opportunities for spiritual growth. Through understanding and practising the teachings in this book\, we can gain true inner strength and confidence. This book is beneficial for beginners and long-term practitioners alike.
