The audience in attendance will be in awe\, ranging from the cuteness of the little ones\, to the spectacular show put on by the twirlers advancing to the National competition in Edmonton this July. It is truly a must see for all.  \nThe Etobicoke club is the oldest baton twirling club in Ontario with loads of history and tons of experience. It offers an all-in-one baton twirling program infused with ballet\, jazz and gymnastics to all ages and experience levels from beginner to advanced in the Central to South Etobicoke area. . If you are interested in knowing what baton twirling is all about\, this will be a great opportunity to check it out\, and if interested\, inquire regarding a free class pass. DESCRIPTION:The Registered Disability Savings Plan (the “RDSP”) is a long-term savings plan designed to benefit individuals who have a disability. It was introduced by the federal Government of Canada in 2008 and is the only savings vehicle of its kind anywhere in the world. In this session you will learn about the benefits of the RDSP\, recent changes to the plan and who can benefit from having one in place. \nThis is a free virtual workshop focused on providing educational supports to caregivers of persons with disabilities. DESCRIPTION:The program is offered to older adults 55+ and is offered in-person or online via zoom. Funding for this program provided by the Seniors Community Grant from the Province of Ontario. Workshop is held in person at St. Demetrius Apartment 123 La Rose Avenue and virtually via zoom. \nFacial Gua Sha and Acupressure are age-old tools of Chinese Medicine used to circulate energy flow in the face. This practice is known to improve energy flow\, circulation\, lymphatic drainage and collagen production. By stimulating the meridian lines on the face\, we are able to influence the meridian lines in the whole body. Learn how to create a relaxing and beautifying routine for yourself that will create harmony in your whole body. \nIt’s recommended to have some kind of moisturizer: eg. lotion\, hydrosol\, flower water\, essential oil with carrier oil.
