Participants are introduced to fundamental skills\, basic figures and various routine components\, in addition to other disciplines aimed at improving strength\, coordination and flexibility. Classes are made up of dry land and water time to give the participants a true taste of the sport. Swimmers will have the opportunity to learn a routine\, and be part of our watershow celebrations.\n\nThe program is best suited for swimmers in SK- grade 5. Younger swimmers can be considered if confident in the water with an assistant.\n\nSwimmers will register in a program based on their age.
