You will also get to practice body checking and separating the player from the puck in open ice and on the boards. Hip check\, shoulder check and how to understand the rules and processes of a proper body check so you avoid suspensions and keep safe.  \nAdvanced body checking is for those already playing hockey with body checking. Here you will learn all about evading body checks\, tactics to deliver hard body checks and retrieve the puck all at once.
