DESCRIPTION:Showcased in Toronto for the first time: Mosaic Artists of Canada (MAC) is proud to present the opening of the national mosaic art exhibition UNITY. \n\nA celebration of contemporary mosaic art: This juried exhibition explores the theme of UNITY\, expressed through a rich spectrum of mosaic art forms – from micro-mosaics and 3D sculptures to textured wall pieces. The show features a diverse blend of emerging voices and internationally acclaimed professionals. This is a rare opportunity to view over 50 exquisite works by 34 Canadian artists.\n\nSmalls Show Fundraiser: Art-lovers can take advantage of the sale of small mosaic artwork taking place in conjunction with the UNITY exhibit at Neilson Park Creative Centre. Small\, original mosaics\, donated by artists from across Canada and beyond\, can be purchased in support of MAC’s mission.\n\nReception and awards ceremony: Join us in celebration and attend the awards presentation on Thursday September 11\, 7 to 9 pm.
