Kids Yoga Classes – Runnymede/Bloor

Our fitness program combines animal poses and world safari themes and rhythms to create a fun movement experience. Our goal is to teach kids strength and flexibility training and mindfulness. Kids should come dressed to work out and bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and an after-class snack.
This online program is 8 weeks long and offered 2 times per year.
