Our fitness program combines animal poses and world safari themes and rhythms to create a fun movement experience. The goal of this program is to introduce flexibility and strength training exercises to children slowly. Kids should come dressed to work out and bring a yoga mat or towel, a bottle of water, and an after-class snack.
This online program is 8 weeks long and offered 3 times per year.
