Qui-Gong is an ancient practice involving gentle stretches, flowing movements, and breathing exercises. Instructor-led classes can provide more energy, less stress, improve balance and strengthen your immune system. Exercises can be done standing or seated, all that’s needed is comfortable clothing and shoes, plus water.
