Qi-Gong is an ancient practice that can lessen stress, provide more energy, improve balance and strengthen your immune system. Instructor-led classes involve gentle stretches and breathing exercises and can be done standing or sitting. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing and come early to first class to register.
